Where we ship

• Domestic: We currently ship across India 
• International: Yes

Shipping partners

We ship via DTDC / FedEx / DHL /Delhivery / Blue Dart / Amazon, etc., using express service.

Processing time

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation.
• Made-to-order or customized items may take 4-6 days to produce before dispatch — state this clearly if applicable, since it's a common complaint trigger when unstated.

Delivery timelines

• Domestic: 7-10 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
• International: 15-20 business days, customs clearance time not included.
• Delays due to weather, courier disruptions, or customs are outside our control; we'll keep you updated via email/SMS.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping only on prepaid orders. Flat rate of ₹120  will be applicable for COD orders.

Once dispatched, a tracking link is sent to your email/SMS. You can also track your order at 

Failed or delayed delivery

• If a shipment is delayed beyond 10 days past the estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier partner.
• If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a full replacement or refund.
