These Terms govern your use of theselectu.com ("the Platform") and any purchase made through it, operated by Select U Leathers ("Select U," "we," "us").

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Platform or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Platform under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and pricing

  • All prices are listed in [INR] and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes — specify which.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice.
  • Product images are representative; slight variations in color or finish (especially for handcrafted/made-to-order items) may occur.

4. Orders and payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or, if offered, Cash on Delivery (COD) confirmation.
  • We accept [UPI, cards, net banking, COD, Razorpay].
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — designs, logos, images, product names, text — is the property of Select U and may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.

8. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or submit false information when placing an order.

9. Limitation of liability

Select U is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or products, beyond the value of the order placed, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
